Overview
Upholding the concept of independent innovation, Sunnyinnovation Laser Technology has successfully launched the LV-M300, a new-generation high-performance miniaturized laser vibrometer. Built on independently developed silicon photonics chip technology, this product achieves full localization of core modules. While maintaining ultra-high measurement performance, it breaks through limitations in size and integration, providing a lightweight and cost-effective vibration measurement solution for industrial on-site applications, scientific research testing, and educational experiments.
Principle Introduction
Laser Emission and Beam Splitting
The coherent light emitted by the laser is split into two paths: a reference beam and a measurement beam.
Doppler Shift
The measurement beam irradiates the surface of the vibrating object, and the reflected light generates a Doppler shift due to the object's motion.
Shift Magnitude
Δf = 2v/λ (where ‘v’ is the vibration velocity and ‘λ’ is the laser wavelength)
Integrated Optics Processing
An integrated optical chip is used to realize functions such as light splitting, beam combining, and phase modulation, which greatly reduces the system volume.
Key Highlights of the Product
